The location is amazing and check-in was easy.
The shower nozzle was broken and positioned at waist height. Despite having communicated my special needs in advance, I was given a subpar room right next to the reception with zero privacy due to the thin sliding door. The bed was uncomfortably hard, ruining my night's sleep and overall experience, especially for the price I paid.

The hotel was relaxing and ideal with free wifi. Marvellous view at courtyard and nicely furnished and newly remodelled room. Outstanding food plus really helpful staff. Savoury and above average breakfast with a huge variety of options to choose from. Magnificent and perfect location, minute walk from a small 9th-century church, loved this place. They provided GREAT service. Everything excellent.

The location was incredible, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a 17th-century palace. The rooms were well furnished with a large window, a balcony plus air conditioner, the breakfast was GREAT.

Charming place with excellent breakfast options. The walls are thin, leading to noise disturbances during the night.

The stuff where all helpful and attentive. A double room with a balcony so useful for the smokers, good amenities, a very comfortable bed was ready when we checked-in...

The staff, especially Lisa, went above and beyond, providing us with helpful local tips and even assistance with our shuttle. The breakfast spread was impressive, featuring great pastries and coffee.

Very friendly, kind, helpful, welcoming staff - nothing was too much trouble for Mrs Judy. Very good value for money. Location is not upmarket but it is within 5 minutes of the main train station and all public transport in the city and 10-15 minutes of the Colisseum. Mrs Judy organised our transport to the airport. We were leaving Rome very late but it was no trouble to leave our bags and make pick-up arrangements to suit so that we could make the most of our last day. Rooms were very quiet, clean, comfortable, and of adequate size.
The b & b is on the 3rd floor of an apartment building and while the street entrance is not their responsibility, nevertheless it is somewhat the worse for wear and smells as though tenants have used it to smoke in for the whole of the building's existence. People should also be aware that the lift is very small and only holds 2 people max at a time.

Upon arrival, the room right next to reception left much to be desired. The thin sliding door provided zero sound insulation as you could hear every conversation and noise. Plus, bright hallway lights flooded the room at night, providing no chance for darkness.

They gave a bottle of presecco and glasses on our arrival as it was our honeymoon.
The lift is scary! The breakfast is minimal and the room you have to eat it in is tiny. The water pressure of the shower was the worst thing. It was like someone was doing a little tinkle on your head... Hard to get clean with that kind of pressure really. The electronic window broke so we had no natural light in the morning. I spotted two small holes in the bedsheets - time for new sheets!

The owner was very helpful and friendly explaining everything very clearly. The room was beautifully furnished - boutique hotel style and it was very quiet. The bathroom was modern, new and very clean with everything you might need. Breakfast was ample with a selection of cheese, meat, jams, yoghurt etc. You are given your own electronic key which opens all entrance doors to the inn as well as your room. There is not always any staff on duty but that was not a problem. It is very much a comfortable bed and breakfast but without a bar, restaurant and reception. Someone is always on the end of a phone. We would definately stay again.
